assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer. He helped turn College Prowler from a class project
to the world’s largest publisher of content on the undergraduate experience, with 300 different
guidebooks sold in bookstores nationwide and nearly half a million copies in circulation.
Considered one of the pioneers of online marketing, Joey's viral online marketing strategies
turned CollegeProwler.com into one of the fastest growing websites in the industry, attracting
millions of visitors to date.
Joey is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and he loves to travel, frequenting
France, Colombia and Peru. Joey also owns several properties in Pittsburgh, PA that he has
rehabilitated. He's also given lectures about Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the MIT Enterprise
Forum, Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh's Institute for Entrepreneurship.
Joey is from Manhattan, NY but is now a proud Pittsburgher and Steelers fan.
